Photo project: Zweisam.de shows wishes and desires of 50plus singles

Dreams and the need for love are not a question of age. But what do the wishes and desires of singles of the 50plus generation look like? Munich star photographer Frank Lübke has now answered these questions by realizing an unusual photo project in cooperation with Zweisam.de, the German dating platform for singles over 50.

Frank Lübke, who is well-known for his photo column "Mein geliebtes Ich" (My beloved self) in the German Stern magazine, has asked six female and six male 50plus singles from all over Germany to close their eyes – and envision their dream partner. Lübke captured this moment in twelve expressive portraits. The enthusiasm and optimism that make up the photographs are also reflected in a large study, which Zweisam.de has conducted simultaneously about the lifestyle of singles over 50. Three quarters, for example, are convinced that they are still about to find the love of their lives – as the pictures show, the photographed singles are also looking forward to this.

In December 2017, the portraits were on display for one week in the Munich gallery Purple Canvas in the exhibition "My Moment". It was opened with an exclusive vernissage with Managing Director Michael Pilzek, Zweisam.de relationship expert Dr. Stefan Woinoff, Frank Lübke and some of the portrayed singles.

At the same time, a high-quality photo calendar was designed with some of the pictures, which is available at the exclusive Zweisam.de partner desiary.de. All profits from the calendar will be donated to the Kulturlotsen project of the Hänsel + Gretel Foundation.

Zweisam.de is the new platform of the Meetic Group, which is represented in 15 European countries with various dating portals. In addition to LoveScout24, another Meetic Group website, LHLK now also supports Zweisam.de since its launch in 2017 in consumer and lifestyle PR.
